Im a creative person, not a construction person. I know nothing of where to sell a resort project I have created - on paper. I was going to hire people to build it, but now I want to sell it all. Times are not right, and I dont want to spend any more money on it. But where do I find someone to take it off my hands as it is, and what am I looking for - a developer, a rich man, what?
