Importance: Quantify in key messages the importance of this challenge, when, how, how much does it occur and what are the primary effects?

Criteria: List any criteria, which are of significant importance to solving this challenge

Social impact: Specify what good it is doing solving this challenge
 
Background: List in more detail all relevant background information related to the challenge, and upload documents, such as reports, photos, videos, adding contextual understanding.
